Particulars

Conveniences: This side of Marlton has all the conveniences and amenities one could ask for. Restaurants, clubs(Champs, Fridays), services, and retail. Staples, Borders, and LL. Bean are but a sampling of the retail offerings within a short drive from the building. Commerce Bank's original corporate headquarters is still located just a block away. All of the major banks have facilities within a short drive. If you own a Honda or Pontiac, you can have your car serviced at Burns while you work. DeSimone BMW is also located within this golden triangle.

Utilities: Supplied by landlord and included in rental. You do not have to be concerned about utility cost's peaks and valleys.

Parking: Parking is available on the premises.

Telephone and Communications Equipment: Communications switching systems have more than enough capacity to handle tenant needs, however tenants must supply their own phone and modem equipment. Tenants are also responsible for contracting with local telecommunications providers.

Internet accessibility: Both Comcast cable and DSL are available. Connection coordination and costs are the responsibility of the tenant.

Directions

From: #295 & # 70 East.

Take the route # 70 East Exit for approximately a couple of miles. Route #70 curves to the left and the Old Marlton Pike splits off as a fork in the road. Take the right fork. You will see a Sunoco station on your left after taking the right fork. Proceed on the Old Marlton Pike for about 200 yards and you will see the 901 Executive Building on your left, immediately adjacent to the Firestone store.

From # 73 North:

Just past the Marlton circle (#73 & #70), take the first right (Old Marlton Pike). You will now be behind the world famous Olga's Diner. Proceed thru the next 2 traffic lights, and you will see the 901 Executive Building on your right.

From # 73 South:

When you get to the Marlton Circle, stay in the right lane and go around the circle so that you are now heading south. Then follow the instructions as in #73 North above.

From Cropwell Road:

Head north and at the junction of Cropwell and the Old Marlton Pike make a left hand turn; go through the first traffic light and look for the 901 Executive Building on the right.
